Complement your academic studies with work experience in an international setting. AIU-London offers an academically supervised internship program through which you can earn academic credit. Interns attending AIU have received internship assignments to the London bureau of major broadcasters and music companies, at world-renown cosmetics and fashion design companies, publishing companies and governing bodies. Internship placements are based on your academic and professional experience, as well as career goals. Full-time internships are available during the 10-week Summer Program only. The University also sponsors a variety of structured weekday activities for students each term, including attendance at theatrical presentations, concerts, and walking tours. Guided weekend travel and organized trips to other European cities like Paris, Rome, Dublin, and Madrid are available and encouraged.

| Location & Housing |
|
AIU-London is centrally located between Hyde and Regent's Parks. London's finest museums, galleries, palaces, churches, and theaters are only a short walk from the campus. Traveling to attractions throughout the city is made accessible by the London Underground, the largest public transportation system in the world.
Students are housed in furnished apartments (called flats) in central London within commuting distance of the University. Flats vary in size and shape ranging from two to five bedrooms, generally with two or three students sharing a room. Basic amenities are provided including cutlery, flatware, and bed linens. Supermarkets and laundry facilities are conveniently located nearby housing.
